We are delighted to welcome the international Advance Care Planning community to Rwanda for the 10th International Advance Care Planning Conference. For the first time, the International ACP Conference will take place in Rwanda and on the African continent, bringing together delegates from across Africa and around the world to share experiences, ideas, research, and best practices. ACP-I 2027 will provide an inclusive and welcoming space for meaningful conversations, knowledge sharing, and new connections around Advance Care Planning. We look forward to welcoming you to Rwanda from 22–24 September 2027!
